Paint Color Palette Update

The Board of Directors has been working with an interior designer to update the exterior paint color palettes for the homes in the community. An email blast with a link to a survey was sent to all homeowners on March 31, 2021. Please respond to the survey by Friday, April 16th, so the Board can consider your opinions at the upcoming Board meeting on April 27th. Thank you!

Street Sweeping Reminder

Sun Sweeping performs the sweeping of the streets on the first and third Tuesday of each month. This is a friendly reminder that the community streets will be swept tomorrow, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could move any vehicles from the street from 8 AM to 10 AM to ensure that the streets get thoroughly cleaned.

Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Sincerely,

Trisha Lawrence Garite

Community Manager

Action Property Management's COVID19 Response

Dear Resident,

Please see the video below from the CEO of Action Property Management, Matthew Holbrook, regarding Action’s COVID19 response. Rest assured that our services are considered essential and we will be fully operational during this crisis.

We hope you are staying healthy and safe! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you during these difficult times.

Mowing and Tree Trimming

The common area grass has not been mowed in the past couple of weeks due to the frequent rains we have experienced, as Bemus Landscape cannot mow when it is raining or the grass is wet. It looks like the rain is going to taper off by the end of the week and will get sunny and warmer over the next week. Bemus plans to have crews out to service the community this Thursday and Friday and should be back on track shortly.

Furthermore, Bemus Landscape will be performing the tree trimming starting on Wednesday, March 25th. It would be greatly appreciated if you and your guests can remove any vehicles from the street in the areas they will be working.

Thank you!

Paint Color Scheme Update

The Board of Directors is in the process of soliciting proposals from the major paint companies to update the paint color schemes for the homes in the community, which they will review at the next board meeting. The Frazee paint colors in the original color schemes are no longer manufactured, so it can be difficult to locate the correct paint colors called for in each scheme. Furthermore, the Board would like to keep the community’s color schemes current in order to enhance property values for all homeowners.

The Board would like your input! Are there any particular paint schemes or colors you would like to see in the community? Please send your ideas to the Community Manager, Marti Mello, at mmello@actionlife.com. You are also welcome to attend the next Board of Directors meeting on January 28, 2020 at 6:30 PM at the Hampton Inn & Suites if you are interested in voicing your opinion and giving feedback on what the Board is considering.

Adoption of Park Rules and Revised Trash Container Rules

At the April 30, 2019 Board of Directors meeting, the Board voted to adopt the proposed Park Rules and a revision to the current trash container rule, which states:

“No rubbish, trash, garbage or other waste material shall be kept or permitted on any portion of the property. Trash containers may be placed out in view for pick up no earlier than the day prior to pick up and must be removed by the morning after pick up.”

Thank you to all homeowners who submitted their constructive comments.

If you would like to see the updated Rules & Regulations, you may view them at any time on the Resident Portal at https://resident.actionlife.com.

Call For Social Committee Volunteers

The Board of Directors will be considering the formation of a Social Committee at the next Board meeting, which will be held on Monday, January 28, 2019. The Committee would be responsible for planning fun community events that would bring the residents together. If you are interested in serving on the Social Committee, please email the Community Manager, Rhonda Hart, at rhart@actionlife.com. The Board will review interested applicants during the Social Committee discussion at the meeting. Thank you for your interest!

New Resident Portal

We want to make room for life’s moments by providing our residents with the best tools in the industry. Action Property Management has developed an industry leading online application that allows you to access the information you need. We know you are on the move and you need tools that work on your favorite device.

Since 2012, Action Property Management has utilized the VIVO Portal as a way to make life easier for its Residents – with features such as submitting Work Orders, downloading documents, signing up for eStatements, updating contact information, and making online payments. But it’s time for a change.

Action is excited to say “goodbye” to VIVO and “hello” to the Resident Portal! The Resident Portal has taken all of the features that you loved about VIVO and improved them, as well as added some new features (more to come) and make it mobile friendly.

 What’s new?

  • Works great regardless of how you are accessing it – cell phone, tablet, or computer!
  • View your pending and approved architectural requests
  • Quick links to external websites
  • Maintain a list of pets living at your property
  • View a community Pet Directory
  • Download letters associated with non-compliances
  • And much more…

The Resident Portal will be going live on October 16th. Should you have any questions about the new Resident Portal or migrating your VIVO account, please contact Action Property Management at 949-450-0202.

New "Kid's Park" on Heron Circle

You may have noticed the shrubs have been removed in the vacant area between 967 and 979 Heron Circle. The Board has approved a proposal from Bemus Landscape to remove the shrubs and cacti in this area and lay sod to create a “Kid’s Park.” The Board feels that the sod will make this space more usable and be a nice area for children to play. The sod is anticipated to be installed in early October.
