The 2022 Annual Meeting for the election of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Tuesday, June 21, 2022. Homeowners will soon receive their ballots in the mail. Statements from each of the candidates will be included with the ballots to help homeowners with their voting decisions. A quorum of 51% (33 ballots) must be returned in order to conduct the election. Please read the directions carefully and mail back your secret ballot before the deadline.

The annual meeting for the election of the Board of Directors will be held in June 2022. During the January 25, 2022 Board meeting, and after reviewing comments from homeowners, the Board of Directors voted to approve adding the additional 9 color palettes, updated exterior painting policy and solar panel guidelines to the Heron Pointe architectural guidelines. Written notice will be mailed to homeowners on or before 2/8/2022. The new color palettes, policy and solar panel guidelines will be updated in the Architectural folder of the online Resident Portal.

The Board of Directors has been working with an interior designer to create additional updated paint palettes for homeowners to choose from when painting the exterior of their home. A packet including a form for homeowner comment was mailed to all homeowners in December. Please remember to submit any comments before January 25th. The Board will review comments and vote whether to adopt the additional palettes during their January 5th meeting.
The Association also distributed proposed solar panel guidelines to improve direction for homeowners and consistency of installations.

Many of you have probably noticed that most of the current mailboxes have either peeling paint or early signs of rusting. The Board of Directors has been working with the installation contractor, Hillcrest Construction, over the past few months and submitted a warranty claim with the mailbox manufacturer.
The Board of Directors is happy to announce that new mailboxes will be installed on Thursday, August 19th. The new boxes will be locking mailboxes. The installer will tape the key to the inside of the top door (the non-locking door) for you to retrieve. Please mark your calendars. Please watch for the contractor as they make their way toward your home so you may retrieve your key promptly. If you will be out of town during the installation, please arrange with a friend or neighbor to retrieve your key. This will be your only copy of the key. Action Property Management will not have copies or replacements.
The 2021 Annual Meeting for the election of the Board of Directors will take place on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 5:00 pm and will be held via Zoom web meeting. Thank you to everyone who mailed in their ballots. All ballots must be received in the mail by Monday, June 28, 2021.
Ballots for the annual meeting of the membership for the election of the Board of Directors were recently mailed to all homeowners. Completed ballots must be received by June 28th by the third party inspector of election, Majority Rules. Please be aware that due to the pandemic, postal delivery has been a little slower than before and allow yourself time for the envelope to arrive at Majority Rules. Instructions for completing and mailing the ballot are included with the ballot materials. The Board of Directors has been working with an interior designer to update the exterior paint color palettes for the homes in the community. An email blast with a link to a survey was sent to all homeowners on March 31, 2021. Please respond to the survey by Friday, April 16th, so the Board can consider your opinions at the upcoming Board meeting on April 27th. Thank you!
Sun Sweeping performs the sweeping of the streets on the first and third Tuesday of each month. This is a friendly reminder that the community streets will be swept tomorrow, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could move any vehicles from the street from 8 AM to 10 AM to ensure that the streets get thoroughly cleaned.
