Please Note-The Board of Directors for your community meets four times per year. As a result, the date of the most recent approved Board Meeting Minutes may be as long as 4 months prior. The minutes of each meeting must be approved by the Board, at the next scheduled meeting, and are then posted to the website. Therefore, if your Board meets in March, June, September and December, you will not see March Minutes posted until after the June Meeting, and so on.
