Heron Pointe Rule Change

Your Board will deliberate and decide on a rule change at its January 27, 2026, Board of Directors scheduled for 6:30 p.m.

Please find the rule change located on the resident portal. Items being considered include allowing basketball hoops on driveways and updating the enforcement policy to reflect current changes in civil code.
