DG Path Conversion to Concrete Project

The Board has contracted with Protec Building Services on a project in which the DG path along Heron Circle that starts at the entrance will be converted to concrete. The Board felt this was in the best interest of the community, as the DG paths erode and require ongoing maintenance, whereas concrete does not. Concrete also provides a much better surface for those with wheelchairs, strollers, etc. and will make this area more accessible for residents. The project will begin on June 23, 2025 and is estimated to take 2-3 weeks to complete. The work areas will be defined with cones and caution tape, so please avoid these areas during the project.
