Parking Rules Reminder
Posted By rhart on March 11, 2025
It has been observed that many residents have been parking their vehicles on the streets, leaving them congested with little room for visitors to park. We wanted to send a friendly reminder that the Rules and Regulations state that the garages must be used to park 2 vehicles, and after the garage parking has been exhausted, residents are to use their driveways for parking. If all parking on the owner’s property has been utilized, then any excess vehicles may be parked on the street; however, they may not be stored and must be moved at least every 72 hours.
Vehicles may not be parked on the street on designated street sweeping days during service hours. The current schedule is the first and third Tuesday of the month from the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Each owner is responsible for advising the owner’s family, tenants, and guests of the parking regulations. Vehicles that are parked in violation of the rules are subject to citation, violation fines, and towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. The Parking Rules are included in the Heron Pointe Community Handbook which can be viewed at any time on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation with the Association’s Parking Rules!
