Asphalt seal coat and red curb project

The Association has scheduled NPG Asphalt to sandblast and paint the red curbs on Monday, August 12 and then to complete the asphalt seal coating in two phases. The first phase is going to be on Blue Heron on Wednesday, August 14 beginning at 7 AM. All vehicles must be removed by 7:00 AM that day and remain off for 24 hours. The second phase is going to be on Heron Circle on Wednesday, August 21 beginning at 7 AM. All vehicles must be removed by 7:00 AM that day and remain off for 24 hours. Homeowners must also turn off irrigation and suspend all deliveries to their homes on the designated day of seal coating.
