Adjourned Annual Meeting

The Heron Pointe annual meeting and election scheduled for June 25, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the lower park on Blue Heron and on Zoom is postponed due to a lack of quorum. At this time, the inspector of elections has not received enough ballots required to achieve quorum and the election is rescheduled to coincide with the next scheduled Board meeting on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 6:30 PM. Those owners wishing to attend via Zoom may do so using the information on the resident portal. Ballots may still be mailed to the inspector of election at the address below. They must receive them by 5 PM on Monday, July 22 or you may bring them to the meeting in person. Until then, homeowners who have not already mailed back their ballots to Majority Rules are encouraged to do so or bring them to the meeting at the lower park on Blue Heron on the night of the Board meeting at 6:30 PM on July 23, 2024.
