Annual Architectural Review Committee Survey

The annual Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Survey will be taking place on June 1, 2024. As a reminder, the ARC will be walking the neighborhood to ensure each homeowner is complying with the rules stated in the Association’s CC&Rs and Community Handbook. Based on the last survey from 2023, the areas of focus will include:

1) Identifying home repairs that need to be addressed.

2) Identifying homes that need paint refreshes.

3) Identifying homes that need to address landscape maintenance (lawns mowed / leaves removed / weeds removed / sidewalks clear).

4) Reviewing the common areas.
