How to Submit an Architectural Application

Exterior modifications, additions or alterations to the exterior of homes in Heron Pointe require the homeowner to submit an architectural application and receive project approval before beginning work. Here is some information to help you find and submit the information you may need.

Where can I find the architectural application and information?

All documents a homeowner may need can be found online in the Resident Portal, https://resident.actionlife.com. These documents can be found in the Architectural folder. There are separate applications for painting and other general architectural projects.

Where do I send my application?

Applications or questions can be emailed to Action’s Manager Assistants at maoc@actionlife.com. Checks can be mailed to Heron Pointe, c/o Action Property Management, 2603 Main Street, Suite 500, Irvine, CA 92614. You may also call Action with questions at 949-450-0202.
