Paint Color Scheme Update

The Board of Directors is in the process of soliciting proposals from the major paint companies to update the paint color schemes for the homes in the community, which they will review at the next board meeting. The Frazee paint colors in the original color schemes are no longer manufactured, so it can be difficult to locate the correct paint colors called for in each scheme. Furthermore, the Board would like to keep the community’s color schemes current in order to enhance property values for all homeowners.

The Board would like your input! Are there any particular paint schemes or colors you would like to see in the community? You are also welcome to attend the next Board of Directors meeting on January 28, 2020 at 6:30 PM at the Hampton Inn & Suites if you are interested in voicing your opinion and giving feedback on what the Board is considering.
