Bioswale Maintenance Project

The Association is working with Monarch Environmental and JES to bring the Bioswale area behind the community into compliance with the approved standards. This project has originally been scheduled to begin in September, however, a federally protected bird was discovered and the Association has been advised by the Department of Fish and Wildife to delay the project until October. It is projected to begin the first week of October.
